Welcome to Ananya Clothing Creations! We are committed to delivering your orders with speed and care. Our shipping is reliable and our returns process is hassle-free. 

Shipping Policy

Ananya Clothing stands behind the quality of its service and we endeavor to have all our products delivered to you on time and in impeccable condition. Orders placed under international shipments outside of India will include shipping charges, as applicable.

  • Domestic shipping within India will be chargebable at ₹90 and will be applied accordingly during checkout (Applicable for order value below ₹2000)

  • We provide FREE shipping - within India for orders above ₹2000

  • 4-5 Working Days For Prepaid Orders Delivery

  • 7-8 Working Days For COD Orders Delivery

  • 10-12 Working Days For International Orders Delivery

  • Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.

  • If in case there are any issues with the delivery/package it has be brought to our attention within 24 hrs. Please write to us at ananyaclothingcreation.com . Any concerns/quires/requests, post this will not be entertained.

  • Ananya Clothing deliver products internationally as well. We strive to maintain timely and easy international shipments and deliveries. Any Customs Duty/Import Tax/GST charges should be borne by the customer as it is not under Ananya Clothing  or our shipping partners control and is levied by the government of the City/State/Country of the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Ananya Clothing Creations. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to ensure that you can shop with confidence.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange can be done within 3 days from the date of delivery of orders. Tags should be intact and product should be in an unused condition. 

  • For Exchange basic charge of Rs.100 will be applicable for the reverse pickup and reshipping of order.

  • Reverse Pickup will be done within 4 days post the intimation. Thereafter, once the package has been received and has duly passed the quality inspection the new product will be dispatched.

  • Complete exchange process will take 7-9 working days.

  • NOTE- In case we receive used/damaged/lesser items, Ananya Clothing holds the right to limit/ignore the exchange amount.

Return Policy

  • In case you want to return , kindly raise a request within the 2 days from date of delivery of your order.

  • Please rest assured, we shall process it subject to usual quality inspection. Kindly note that the tags should be intact and product(s) should be unused.

  • It can take up to 4 days for a reverse pickup to be done, once a customer raises a request for the same. And up to 4-7 days for the returned product to reach us.

  • Refund Credit Note will be issued deducting the courier charges and reverse pickup charges incurred by Ananya Clothing once the returned goods reach us and have been checked and confirmed by Ananya Clothing quality team. In case the product is found used or damaged, Ananya Clothing holds the right to limit or refuse the refund.

  • Credit note will have no expiry.

  • In case of defective/damaged product received, for Return of product unboxing video will be required .
